Cramer on the upside of South Florida Real Estate

I would agree with Jim Cramer on the future of the South Florida real estate market. I have seen quite an influx of home sales over the last few months. I am also observing a lot of Europeans and Canadians starting to purchase real estate in Boca Raton and South Florida in general.
